Kangdi Packaging has added fully automatic bag making equipment...

Recently, Guangdong Kangdi Packaging Products Co., Ltd. completed a new round of automated production equipment iteration and upgrade. The new fully automatic high-speed pressure valve bag making machine and high-precision computer gravure printing machine have been officially put into use in the production workshop, further improving the intelligent layout of the entire process of printing, lamination, slitting, and bag making.

As a leading manufacturer of aluminum-plastic composite flexible packaging in Dongguan for nearly a decade, Kangdi has added a complete set of mature production equipment. This new equipment can control the bag making accuracy error within 0.1mm, improve production efficiency by 35%, and significantly shorten the delivery cycle of customized products such as self-supporting suction nozzle bags and shaped box inner bags. At the same time, the composite film constant temperature curing room is upgraded to optimize the film material composite process, and the product's cold and heat resistance, barrier and moisture resistance are further optimized.

The production manager introduced that after the implementation of the intelligent production line, the workshop will achieve semi automated and fully automated collaborative operations, effectively reducing manual operation errors and adapting to the large-scale production needs of high standard orders such as food, medicine, and daily chemical products. In the future, Kangdi will continue to increase equipment investment and support diversified customization needs of customers at home and abroad with hardware strength.
